1. Parties
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement"); is made between the company/business operating the caddesi.com website (hereinafter referred to as "caddesi.com") and the user who registers their business on the caddesi.com website (hereinafter referred to as "Member"), and it comes into effect on the date the Member electronically approves the system.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to publish the information (address, phone, working hours, product/service visuals, etc.) of the Member's own business or the company they represent on the online "Business Directory" platform operated by caddesi.com, and to determine the conditions for benefiting from the listing and promotion services offered by the platform, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties. caddesi.com is not a direct e-commerce site but a directory platform that brings businesses and users together.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
- 3.1. Accuracy of Information and Responsibility: The Member undertakes that all information related to the business registered in the directory, such as title, address, contact, and field of activity, is accurate, up-to-date, and legal. All legal and penal responsibilities arising from misleading, false, or copyright-infringing content (such as logos, visuals, etc. belonging to others) belong solely to the Member.
- 3.2. Account Security: The Member is obliged to keep the password used to access their member profile on caddesi.com confidential. No caddesi.com personnel, including the customer service line at 0850 307 78 92, will ask the Member for their password. The responsibility arising from the use of the password by third parties belongs to the Member.
- 3.3. Directory Content Rules: The Member cannot publish illegal, immoral, unfair competition-creating, or content that damages the commercial reputation of third parties on the platform. caddesi.com reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice and suspend the membership.
- 3.4. E-Commerce and Sales Exemption: caddesi.com is not the seller, provider, or guarantor of the products or services offered by the businesses listed in the directory. caddesi.com cannot be held responsible for any commercial transactions, contracts, or disputes that may occur between the Member and caddesi.com users (visitors).
- 3.5. Service Interruptions: caddesi.com takes the necessary care for the uninterrupted operation of the platform but is not responsible for temporary interruptions that may occur due to infrastructure work, cyber attacks, or force majeure events.
4. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)
caddesi.com processes the personal data shared by the Member during registration and while creating a business profile in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Due to the nature of the business directory, the business contact information (phone, address, etc.) that the Member has approved for publication in the public domain is shown to site visitors. 5. Termination of the Agreement
The parties may unilaterally terminate the agreement at any time. When the Member wishes to cancel their membership, they can close their account through the site or request support via the phone number 0850 307 78 92. With the termination of the membership, the agreement is considered terminated, but the Member's legal responsibility arising from past erroneous data entries continues.
6. Communication and Support
The Member can send any questions and requests regarding the implementation of the agreement, membership transactions, or directory management to caddesi.com via the caddesi.com address or through the call center line at 0850 307 78 92.
7. Effectiveness
The Member is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement from the moment they register on the caddesi.com platform and check the box "I Have Read and Accept the Membership Agreement".
